On our jouirney, JoAnne Freeman will guide us in the ancient Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing. This meditative ritual, celebrated for its profound mental and physical benefits, invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature to help deeply nourish body and soul. Water immersion is not involved!
